My system applications developed a sub-brand, Reishi, which kind of stole the show from Senshi! My original idea was that Senshi would be the parent company, and Reishi was a product line with the tea, chocolate, and extract. These products were packaged together in a gift set, so you could pass on the Senshi Secret to your friends and hopefully they like the products and go into the Senshi Coffee shop, becoming a regular customer.

The fact that you created so many different pieces for your identity with so many shapes and sizes really makes the brand seem legitimate and strong. The colors and style of the pieces are appropriate for appealing to your audience- they fit right in with the inspiration photos you posted. I think your Senshi type and the Reishi brand type are both successful, however there is some sort of discontinuity between them that bothers me just slightly- I can't figure out quite why... even though they are intentionally different I want the sub-brand look to somehow emerge from the original a little more. All the pieces do look nice, though.
Also, an idea that I think would be nice if you ever expand on the identity would be to create part of the brand that used really different colors to represent something different or appeal to a different audience. I'm recalling GD3 where you had a blue label for one of the packaging flavors that was really interesting and still fit in with the identity...
